Delivery Policy
Fleuriste Idéal reserves the right to contact the recipient before making the delivery. Only at the specific request of the sender and with a confirmation on our part will it be possible to make a delivery without contacting the recipient first. In this case, only one delivery will be made for each order. If a recipient is not present at the destination, Fleuriste Idéal reserves the right to charge for each subsequent delivery attempt after the first.
Cancellation Fees: All orders must be cancelled 24h before the delivery, else a 10$ will be charged per cancelled order. Substitution Policy:
